Beginner Tech. & Foundations 8WK
This is a 1 hour weekly class that is focused on teaching important technique and foundational tools (musicality, body awareness, spacial awareness etc.) that are required to ensure safe, strong, and proper execution in ALL styles of dance we offer! This is not a choreography based class, however small combos of choreography may be taught for training purposes.
Tools acquired from this class will enhance a dancers experience in their choreography-based programs, as well as their overall confidence in the room (and on stage).
No previous dance experience is required to join this level.
There will be “floor work” training activities where knee pads are required. Many lessons will also be implementable in both heels and sneakers styles, so dancers have the option to wear a heel, when permitted to do so.
