Our Beginner level programs are great for adults wanting to boost their fitness, embrace their feminine energy and enjoy some fun in a safe and empowering environment.

Our Advanced level programs are ideal for trained dancers wanting to take their skills, knowledge, and experience to all new levels, guided by industry professionals.

Included in an 8 week beginner session is ONE 60 minute dance class per week, for 8 consecutive weeks, a professional session-end video, and an optional live performance. We also include lifetime access to an exclusive BB community group chat for updates on events, favourite dance products, Babes hangouts, and more.

Our advanced level programs range in weekly commitments, and include professional concept videos, photoshoots, career mentorship, guest choreographers and much more!

Beginner: Dancers with less than 2 years experience in these styles, or dance in general, excel best in Beginner. This is also great for experienced dancers wanting to refine their technique & skills in a specific style, as we dig into foundation and fundamentals.

Introduction to Intermediate: Dancers who have at least 2 - 4 years experience in the specific style may be suitable for this level. This level was created to introduce advanced beginners to intermediate level training, taught at a slower pace. The teacher may ask to see previous dance footage to ensure this is the safest level for a registrant.

Intermediate/Advanced: Suitable for dancers with 4+ consistent years of Intermediate+ training, and a strong foundation in the style. Dancers typically have to apply to join this level by submitting previous video footage.
